Withdrawal Rights Information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took delivery of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email):

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods personalised to customer requirements (e.g. dummy chains with names, personalised letter bead sets)
- Goods that are perishable
- Sealed goods which for health and safety reasons are not suitable for return and whose seal has been removed after delivery
