How Children Play with It
The child climbs the steps and once at the top looks out over the garden. In the hideaway between the roofs and platform, picture books are leafed through, cushions stacked, conversations held with cuddly toys. In the rain the roof protects it, in the sun it provides shade. The height gives a sense of independence, while the platform remains low enough for the supervising adult on the ground.
