How Children Play With It

Twelve hands hold the white edge, the fabric rises like a cloud. The ball is swung high and falls through the hole in the middle. Later the fabric becomes an ocean wave, then a tent under which the children huddle. In summer it serves as sun protection at a picnic, in winter you paint on it – fabric markers turn the white fabric into a painted group artwork.
