How children play with it

The child steps onto the board, which tilts gently to the side. Arms out to the sides, knees relaxed, breathing steady. Sitting turns the board into a rocker; lying down transforms it into a core-strengthening station. Therapy, sport and play merge, the wood feels pleasantly warm underfoot. Balancing helps children learn about their bodies in the process.
