In play

First the child picks up the pen and colours in the sheep with their favourite colours. Then comes the needle with the thread, through the first hole, through the second, the thread slowly moves across the paper. By step five the little sheep are smiling, the child sees: from individual stitches a pattern emerges. Fine motor skills and patience grow stitch by stitch.
