How children play with it
You stand on the round platform, the wobble base tilts gently, you search for your balance. A partner joins you, you coordinate with each other – one leans right, the other balances against it. The handles help at first, but later without them your leg muscles stay engaged. With a different wobble base it becomes harder, the platform sways more. Playful strength training with lots of fun.
