How Children Play with It
At the water table, children push two hoses into the Y-connector with a third coming out – water from two sources flows into one stream. Red dye in one tube, blue in the other: violet appears at the outlet. This way children get a real feel for how liquids mix and watch how flows split or combine. Later, whole water landscapes are built.
