How children play with this
During a craft session, the educator holds the strip steady whilst the child saws with a coping saw – paper-thin for card embellishments, chunky for gift hangers. The freshly-sawn wood smells warmly resinous, and a cloud of sawdust drifts across the table. Sand the edges smooth, then paint, decorate and thread through cord. Advent magic, handcrafted.
