How children play with them
The white cotton puppet waits for eyes, a mouth, perhaps a wisp of woollen hair. Stroke by stroke the character comes to life, then it slips onto your index finger. Stories spring from the fabric: dragon, grandma, police officer, monster. Every hand becomes a stage, every story a unique creation.
