How Children Use It
First comes the quiet part: fabric markers are unpacked, children draw eyes, mouths, buttons and crowns on the soft cotton body. Some embroider the puppet with thick wool, others stick on googly eyes. Then the loud play begins – the robber creeps, the princess laughs, the police officer shouts stop! Quiet children become voices that make up whole stories.
