How children play with it
Children tip out the bag and a gentle wooden sound fills the table. Fingers sort by colour, by grain, by favourite piece. In sorting trays, colour groups appear; glued onto card, mosaics emerge. The irregular surface of the coconut shell gives every composition character – no two tiles are quite the same.
