How children play with it
The soft crocheted cover gives the wooden bead an unusual texture – warm, slightly rough, ever-moving under little fingers. Dangling from a dummy chain, the bead swings gently whilst small hands reach in and squeeze, with the yarn softly bouncing back. Threading sometimes needs a needle’s help, as each bead is crafted individually by hand.
