How Children Play with Them
Children fish through the pile for the right number and stick it on Grandma’s birthday card: 88. They add a 6 to an ice-cream cup for a sixth birthday, a 2026 to the year planner cover. Finding the numbers becomes early writing practice, and the five colours spark creative joy.
