How children play with this
Children fill damp sand from underneath into the fitted mould, press firmly, turn it all over. With a bit of anticipation, they pull the two halves apart by the handles – and there stands the animal, almost lifelike. From the four figures, a little zoo, safari or farm takes shape in the sandpit. The fine details invite stroking and story-making.
