How Children Use It

When a child feels lonely, they sit on the bench — and another child sees that signal and joins them. The buddy bench concept transforms a piece of furniture into a feeling. The engravings speak of friendship, the warm wood carries conversations, and the bench becomes the heart of a compassionate school culture.
