How children play with it
The wide storage unit holds the heavy wooden building blocks in open compartments, accessible from both sides. A child pulls out a block, walks around the unit, picks up the next one. During tidy-up time, one child sorts from the left whilst another works from the right — efficiency and independence combined. Materials stay visible, and the building continues.
