- 5 shapes, 6 colours: variety for sorting and matching.
- 4 threading cords (red, yellow, green, blue): multiple children at once.
- Beads 1.8 to 2.5 cm: easy to grip, easy to see.
- Threading cords 70 cm long: space for long chains.
- Material plastic, nylon: robust and wipeable.
How children play with it
The box rattles when shaken, the beads roll onto the table. First sort by colour, then by shape, then freeform threading. Pull the cord taut, thread bead by bead, slower than you’d think, faster with practice. In the end, a chain hangs over the chair and the next pattern begins.
