How Children Play with It
Piece wooden parts together, paint the hull in vibrant colours, decorate the sail with names or symbols. Children experience the full journey from raw kit to finished ship, and beam with pride at what they’ve made. Sealed with acrylic varnish, the ship survives even an adventure in the bath. Educators often tie summer themes to a crafting afternoon like this.
