How Children Play With It

In the water trough, children play with hands and feet immersed in the plump beads. The cool, slippery texture slides between fingers, individual balls make a soft click against the trough wall. On the light table they look like little glass marbles – light shines right through each one. Three children compare colours, scoop beads with cups, examine them in their hands and feel the weight.
