Castle towers from 360 beech wooden blocks. With wooden dowels, the blocks connect into real stonework – gates, crenellations and turrets emerge. Children learn to plan ahead, as every vertical dowel needs to be carefully considered.

How Children Play with It
A castle grows block by block. Stefan slots a 9.5 cm dowel, slides three blocks over it, bridges the gap – and the first window appears. Crenellations crown the wall, each 2 cm section a small triumph. Marie plans the gate and checks whether her wooden knights fit through. The sound of beech wood sliding onto the dowel is dry and satisfying.
