What you need

Step by step

  1. Lay out the letter beads for the name in the right order
  2. Fasten the cord to the clip buckle
  3. Thread spacer beads and letters alternately
  4. Try the length on the wrist or as a charm
  5. Knot firmly and close the clip buckle

Safety first

  • As children's jewellery, only from about 3 years and under supervision; as a dummy clip charm, EN 12586 rules apply
  • Knot small parts securely

Variations

  • As a bracelet with a clip buckle for older children
  • As a small charm for a changing bag or pram

Our tips

  • For long names, choose a bracelet rather than a short chain so the beads aren't threaded too tightly
