Step by step
- Lay out the wooden and felt letters sorted alphabetically
- Offer the giant and finger number stamps at a separate stamping station
- Let children lay out their own names or short words with the letters
- Stamp and say the numbers 0 to 9 aloud for practice
- Display the results on a learning wall
Safety first
- Wooden and felt letters are small parts, suitable for children under 3 only under supervision
- Stamp ink is washable, but still protect clothing and avoid contact with eyes
- Check regularly that no pieces are missing or damaged
